That’s it …. We begin delivering meals the next working day!
We are able to provide meals to people who require post-hospital support as well as emotional support, perhaps following the loss of a spouse, and we can also assist by providing meals to their carers, although this category may not be eligible for My Aged Care (MAC) funding. We also assist younger people with disabilities and those who are assessed as having special needs.
If you are unsure about eligibility for our service, please do not hesitate to phone us on 3279 1974 between 9.00am and 1.00pm Monday to Friday.
For those consumers aged over 65 years wanting more information on aged care and services please visit the MAC web page on www.myagedcare.gov.au .
